SuperFeast ~ Schizandra

SuperFeast Schizandra is semi-wild grown in its natural habitat and according to the Di Tao philosophy. It is an exotic berry native to Northeast China and parts of Russia and is described as having five tastes: sweet, salty, bitter, pungent, and sour.

Why Schizandra? This berry is revered in traditional Chinese Medicine for its superior medicinal benefits and is believed to support the major five organs of the body. Ancient Chinese royalty are said to have used Schizandra to preserve youthfulness, enhance physical radiance, boost sexual desire and as a potent reproductive tonic. Among its many benefits, it is known for its liver detoxifying properties, being a great source of antioxidant and a potent anti-inflammatory. It can be used for decreasing fatigue, enhancing physical performance and endurance, and improving concentration and co-ordination.

This Schizandra is extracted using a 3 stage high pressure dual-extraction process, using water and rice alcohol for maximum potency and bioavailability. The potency ratio of the schizandra is 10:1. Meaning 10kg of schizandra were used to create 1kg of powder. It is independently tested for metals, pesticides, moulds, microbials and more to ensure optimal quality.

 Serving Suggestion - Start with ¼ - ½ tsp daily. Stir into hot water or plant milk for an instant tonic tea. Works well in hot or cold drinks, broths and meals.
