Passionflower is a climbing vine native to the Americas. Traditionally, this herb has been used by the native people of the Americas for its ability to soothe the nervous system, ease anxious minds, and promote a good night’s sleep.

Ashwagandha is one of the most important herbs in Ayurveda. This potent herb contains a multitude of medicinal compounds which enables it to provide a wide range of benefits. While it can help with lowering anxiety and improving stress response, it is also known to boost the immune system, improve cognitive function, promote nerve growth and also have anti-inflammatory properties.

How to use: 30 drops (1.5 droppers full) as needed throughout your day. Drop your tincture under the tongue, in water, tea or your favourite elixir recipe. Shake gently before use.
